왓츠인마이백 What’s in My Bag 🙋🏻‍♀️🧳

출장 갈때는 한식이 가득하지만,
돌아오는 길엔 현지 식재료와 와인이 가득한 내 가방

헝가리 특산품인 호스래디시, 파프리카 가루, 호두, 포피씨드는 물론
다음달 미식 축제때 쓸 헝가리산 쌀, 그리고 최애 빈투바 초콜릿샵 초콜릿까지 가득가득 채워오기❤️

On the way to Hungary, my bag was full of all the ingredients and half-prepped foods

And my bag didn’t become any less empty because it was filled with even more things from Hungary 🤭

This time I got:

The signature Hungarian produce like horseradish, paprika powder, poppyseeds, walnuts
but also Hungarian rice for recipe testing and chocolates from my favorite bean-to-bar chocolate shop
+ and Hungarian wine, of course!

한국인은 밥심이니까 밥도 열심히 챙겨 먹고 있는 중💪

1-2 한국에서 귀국 후 나만 맛있는 회 많이 먹고 온 것 같아 미안해져 기분난 김에 자연산 광어회 뜨기. 아 초고추장을 깜빡했네요🤭 다음엔 꼭!

9 이번에 책자 레시피 작업하면서 다시 푹빠진 장조림 버터비빔밥

네덜란드 겨울의 바다, 땅, 그리고 하늘을 담아낸 음식들
지속가능성이라는 테마가 디쉬마다 느껴지고
역시 지속가능성이라는 큰 테마 아래 발효는 큰 부분을 차지하고 있다는 걸 느꼈다

5, 6: 생선 코스때 chef’s table로 가서 먹은 드라이에이징한 넙치! 역시 텍스처와 응축된 맛이 너무 좋았다
지속가능한 방법으로 양식한 넙치는 드라이에이징 하고나면 제철 자연산 못지않다고

아아 맛있었다😍 계절 바뀌면 또 가고싶은 곳!

게랑드 토판염, 그리고 네덜란드 물이 만나는 시간

작은 옹기에 작은 메주 올망졸망 있으니
장이 이렇게 귀여울 일인가 싶다🤩
자 이제 다음 메주를 띄워볼 차례!

헤이그 기업가의 개인 컬렉션으로 이루어진 현대 미술관. 분기별로 매월 첫째주 월요일에 미술관 오픈 1시간 전 실내악 공연을 한다고 해서 다녀왔다🙋🏻‍♀️
공연과 미술관 관람 후 먹는 디저트는 더 꿀맛💛

헤이그의 보석갘은 빈투바 초콜릿 가게🤎 반년동안 미루다가 드디어 갔는데 무설탕 핫초콜릿에서는 꽃향 베리향 난리난리!

네덜란드 전역이 튤립으로 넘쳐나는 지금 이 시즌🌷이렇게 이쁜 한 다발이 단돈 만원🤯

7 Mi-cuit scallop risotto
휴일 연휴를 장식하는 관자 올린 리조또. 역시 관자는 한국식으로 살짝 익혀야 맛있다!

이스터 기념 출시된 Brouwerij ‘t IJ 의 골든에그 스페셜에디션. 그냥 이전꺼랑 똑같은 맛인 것 같은 느낌🤔

네덜란드에서 일년에 몇번 없는 4일 연휴를 장식한 식사 🐣

1. 유럽에서 부활절에 연어🐟는 국룰이니
우리 동네에서 제일 맛있는 훈제연어집에서 냉훈연어와 그라브락스 + 헝가리에서 이고지고 온 rózsakő 토착품종 화이트

2. 이곳의 봄나물격인 화이트 아스파라거스와 그리비슈 소스
달고 아삭하고 최고😍 시즌 가기 전에 더더 많이 먹기

3. 봄 제철음식 (풀 뜯기 전 모유를 먹고 자란 어린양🥲)인 양 T본과 그린 아스파라거스, 그리고 달디단 #밤양갱 말고 오리기름에 구운 감자

4. 봄이니까 프레시한 염소치즈를 찾다가 그냥 의식의 흐름대로 사버린😚 내가 제일 좋아하는 소프트치즈인 Vacherin Mont d’Or이랑 토카이 스위트랑 꿀조합이니까 마일드한 블루치즈 중에 고른 Saint Agur

역시 맛있는거 만들고 먹는건

Homemade 떡 Tteok (Korean rice cake)

While visiting my parents this winter, I made some seasonal tteok (winter-early spring) that I’ve been missing so much

My grandma always made sure we had freshly made tteok for special celebrations and I always try to keep the tradition 😉 (more excuses to eat them of course)

1. Ju-ak (fried makgeolli proofed rice cake)
2. Siru-tteok (pot steamed rice cake) with dried pumpkin & mung beans
3. Ssul-beomuri (steamed rice cake with first mugwort of the season)

겨울과 봄, 그 사이 어디쯤에 떡순이가 만들어먹은 떡🙋🏻‍♀️

곱게 빻은 쌀가루를 구하기 쉬운 한국에 오면 꼭 먹어야하는 떡🤍

떡집에서 먹는 떡도 맛있지만 뭐니뭐니해도 갓 쪄낸 떡이 최고다

시루떡에 갈무리해둔 땅콩호박고지도 넣어보고, 언 땅을 뚫고 나온 향긋한 쑥을 넣은 딱 지금 먹으면 제일 맛있는 쑥버무리

엄마랑 영상통화 할때마다 노래부르던 수수부꾸미와 주악 (떡은 아니지만 찹쌀가루들어가니까😆) 먹고 너무나도 행복했다
